This privacy policy explains how UNCOV/AR Studio Design (“UNCOV/AR Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information collected from visitors to uncovarstudio.com.

This policy covers this website only. The Uncover Everything app, the Uncover Everything website and the creator portal are covered by aseparate privacy policy.

What information do we collect?

Browsing uncovarstudio.com is anonymous. We do not run any activity intended to personally identify visitors.

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, which on this site means submitting the contact form. That form asks for:

• your name;
• your email address;
• a subject; and
• your message.

We also collect any personal information you include in an email you send us directly.

How do we use it?

We use what you submit to:

• reply to your enquiry;
• discuss a project you have asked us about; and
• keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up again later.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form.

Where it is stored

Contact form submissions are transmitted by a serverless function hosted byNetlify and stored in a private Notion database that only our team can access. Both are third-party processors acting on our behalf.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives a request from your browser.

Netlify, as the host, may process standard server request data (such as IP address and user agent) for delivery and security purposes.

Disclosure

We do not share your information except:

• with the service providers named above, to the extent needed to operate the site;
• where we are required to by law, or by a court, regulator or similar authority; and
• if the business, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired — in which case any transfer stays subject to the restrictions in this policy.

Links to other sites

This site links out to uncovereverything.com, the creator portal, Linktree and the app stores. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we recommend reading their policies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailcontact@uncovarstudio.com and we will need to verify your identity before acting.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this site. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action arising out of or relating to this website or this policy shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
